What counts as a payment?

One completed Pay-by-Bank payment from a customer. Creating or sending a request is free, and failed or cancelled attempts are not charged.

What happens if I go over my monthly allowance?

Each extra payment is charged at your plan's flat per-payment fee, from £1 on Pro. There is no percentage and no surprise bill.

How does Occasional billing work?

There is no monthly fee. You top up a small prepaid wallet and £3.50 is deducted for each completed payment.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, at any time from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing month.

Are there setup, gateway or PCI fees?

No. Because customers pay from their own bank app there is no card data to protect, so there are no PCI costs and no gateway fees.

Do you hold my money?

Never. Funds move directly from the customer's bank account to yours. KubePay only sees the status of the payment.
